A boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated and cooked until golden. The bakers will tell you it is one of the most labour-intensive things in the building, which is also why it is one of the first things to go. Made from scratch in our Halifax bakery, seven days a week. Free-range meat from Oulton's in Windsor, Nova Scotia; local and Canadian ingredients wherever we can get them.
Lovely store! They have the best sausage rolls i’ve ever had and the scotch egg is a must try! Never have I eaten an egg so deliciously prepared. Very kind and helpful staff who are knowledgeable on the products!
