British Hartley's in Canada

Some things are hard to replace, and a familiar jar of jam on the breakfast table is one of them. This collection brings together Hartley's jams for anyone who grew up with them on toast, in sandwiches or spread far too thickly across a scone, and for anyone in Canada who simply wants a good British jam in the cupboard. You will find Hartley's Strawberry, Raspberry, Apricot, Blackcurrant, Black Cherry and Pineapple, plus Seedless Raspberry and Strawberry Seedless for those who would rather not spend the afternoon picking pips out of their teeth. Everything here is shipped from Canada by The Great British Shop, so getting a proper jar of Hartley's no longer depends on someone remembering to pack one in their suitcase.

Strawberry, raspberry and the jars people reach for first

This is where most orders begin. Hartley's Strawberry Jam and Raspberry Jam are the everyday favourites, the ones that end up on hot buttered toast, in a lunchbox sandwich or sitting next to the cream at a weekend tea. If you prefer things smooth, the Strawberry Seedless and Seedless Raspberry jars give you the same familiar flavour without the bits, which tends to go down well with children and with adults who will not admit they feel the same way.

Blackcurrant, black cherry, apricot and something a bit different

Beyond the classics, the collection leans into the flavours that are easier to miss than to find. Hartley's Blackcurrant Jam has that sharp, deep fruitiness that suits crumpets and warm scones, while Black Cherry is rich enough to feel like a treat on an ordinary Tuesday. Apricot is a useful jar to keep for baking, glazing or a simple slice of toast, and Pineapple Jam is the one that tends to surprise people who did not know it existed. It is a good range for anyone who likes to keep more than one jar open at a time.
