How much is shipping to Alberta?
Standard delivery is $20, reduced to $10 on orders over $165 and free on orders over $269. The minimum order is $49. Remote and oversized parcels can cost extra; see our shipping policy for the full terms.
How long will my order take?
Most in-stock orders leave our Halifax shop within one working day; allow up to three working days in busy periods. Packing and courier transit are separate. Can you send an order to a PO box?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes. Enter your full PO box address at checkout so the available delivery service can be shown.
When will Christmas pre-orders ship?
Each product page shows its expected ship date. The current Christmas 2026 pre-order window is late October to early November. We send an order containing pre-order items together once they arrive. For items you need sooner, place a separate order.
