Canada's Top Reviewed British Shop
Poured straight from the tube while insisting you are only having a few.
Some sweets are built for sharing, and some are built to be poured straight from the tube into your mouth while you insist you are only having a few. Millions sit firmly in the second group. These tiny, chewy little sweets have been a pocket and pencil-case favourite for years, and this collection brings eight flavours together in one place: Cola, Strawberry, Vimto, Blackcurrant, Apple, Raspberry, Watermelon and Bubblegum, each in a 55g tube and all shipped from Canada by The Great British Shop. Whether you grew up with them or are only now finding out what the fuss is about, they are an easy thing to add to an order.
The name is not much of an exaggeration. Each tube is packed with tiny chews that are soft, fruity and far too easy to keep reaching for. They are the sort of sweet you pick at while reading, driving or pretending to work, and because they come in tubes they travel well in a bag, a coat pocket or a glove box. One tube rarely lasts as long as you planned.
Everyone tends to have a favourite. Strawberry and Raspberry cover the classic fruity side, Blackcurrant and Apple bring a bit more sharpness, and Watermelon is a cheerful outlier. Then there are the ones with real nostalgia attached: Cola for anyone who liked their sweets tasting like a fizzy drink, Vimto for people who know exactly what that purple flavour means, and Bubblegum, which divides opinion and has no intention of apologising for it. Buying a few different tubes is the most sensible way to settle any arguments, or start new ones.
We ship across the country, so tubes of Millions head out to Halifax and Dartmouth, Toronto and Ottawa, Montréal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria, Winnipeg, Kitchener, Moncton, Saint John and St. John’s without you needing to track down a corner shop that happens to stock them. They are a handy extra for a bigger order of British chocolate, crisps and biscuits, a good addition to a care package for someone missing home, or simply a small, reliable treat to keep in the drawer for when the afternoon needs help. Pick your flavours, add a spare tube or two, and let the rest take care of itself.
