Corned beef mixed with potato, chunky onion and seasoning, in handmade pastry. A British bakery staple with a long history in Wales, and, it turns out, a huge favourite on Canada's East Coast. Made from scratch in our Halifax bakery, seven days a week. Free-range meat from Oulton's in Windsor, Nova Scotia; local and Canadian ingredients wherever we can get them.
How to heat it
Oven or air fryer until piping hot right through. Skip the microwave: it makes the pastry soggy.
