By joining GBS Rewards, you agree to the following terms and conditions. In these terms, "points" means the GBS Rewards credit in your account.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points remain valid while your account is active. After 12 months with no earning or redemption activity, the account balance expires.
- Points cannot be refunded once spent. Where points have been redeemed, refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid.
- Where points or the rewards programme appear to be manipulated, orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

The Great British Shop reserves the right to amend, pause or end GBS Rewards at any time without notice.
