Our chicken pies are built on chicken in our own chicken gravy. This one adds mushrooms. The pie most people picture when they hear the words. Made from scratch in our Halifax bakery, seven days a week. Free-range meat from Oulton's in Windsor, Nova Scotia; local and Canadian ingredients wherever we can get them.
How to heat it
Our pies come fully baked and the fillings are already cooked, so you are reheating, not cooking. From chilled: air fryer about 10 to 15 minutes, or oven about 30 to 35 minutes at 365°F. Heat until piping hot right through. Times vary by appliance. Skip the microwave: it makes the pastry soggy.
