British Nesquik in Canada

Some things from a British childhood are big and obvious, and some are a tub of powder in the cupboard and a glass of cold milk turning slowly pink. This collection is for the second kind. It brings together the UK Nesquik milkshake mixes people actually remember: Nesquik Chocolate, Nesquik Strawberry and Nesquik Banana, each in a 300g tub and shipped from Canada by The Great British Shop. It is a short collection with a clear purpose. If you grew up stirring one of these into milk after school, or you have children who have just discovered that milk can be banana flavoured, this is where to look.

Chocolate, strawberry and banana

The three flavours cover the full argument. Nesquik Chocolate Flavoured Milkshake Mix is the dependable one, the tub that seems to empty itself whenever nobody is watching. Nesquik Strawberry Flavoured Milkshake Mix is the pink one, the glass that always looked more exciting than it had any right to. Nesquik Banana Flavoured Milkshake Mix is the one people tend to get oddly loyal about, and the one plenty of Canadians never knew they were missing. Buy the flavour you remember, or all three and let the household settle it.

A glass of milk with a bit more going for it

There is nothing complicated here, which is rather the point. A spoonful into cold milk, a good stir, and you have a quick milkshake for breakfast, after school, after a long shift or late on a Sunday when nothing else quite fits. It is the sort of small, familiar thing that makes a kitchen feel a bit more like home, whether that home used to be in Leeds or Glasgow or you have simply picked up the habit from someone who was raised on it.

UK Nesquik shipped across Canada

We ship across the country, so a tub of Nesquik can head to Toronto, Ottawa, Montréal, Halifax, Dartmouth, Moncton, Saint John, St. John’s, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Kitchener, Vancouver or Victoria without you having to search every shop in town for one particular flavour. It also sits nicely alongside a bigger order, so you can add a tub or two to your British chocolate, biscuits, sweets and crisps and keep the whole cupboard stocked in one go. Worth picking up for the nostalgia, and worth keeping in for the everyday glass of milk that tastes like it should.
