Quavers BBQ - 6 Pack

Quavers have been part of British snacking for decades: the packed lunch, the multipack in the cupboard, the bag split open on the table at a birthday party. The cheese ones get the fame. The barbecue ones have a loyal crowd who think the cheese fans are missing a trick.

People in Canada go looking for them because the memory is so specific. It is that shape and that melt, the way a curl dissolves before you have really chewed it, and the barbecue flavour that clings to your fingers for the rest of the afternoon.

The six pack keeps things simple. Each bag is sealed on its own, so they sit happily in the cupboard and come out one at a time, into a lunchbox, a coat pocket or a backpack for a long drive. Rationing is optional and rarely successful.

Walkers makes a whole shelf of British crisps, and Quavers tend to travel in good company. People often pick them up alongside a bag or two of classic Walkers flavours, a few other multipack favourites and something to drink, then call it a proper corner shop haul.
