Lucozade Sport Raspberry - 500ml

Lucozade is one of those names every British household knows, and the Sport bottles are the ones that moved it out of the medicine cabinet and onto the playing field. In Britain you will find one in most kit bags, gym lockers and school PE bags on any given weekday.

In Canada, people go looking for it after hockey, after a run along the waterfront, or after the first proper hot day of the summer, when only the flavour from home will do. Raspberry has its loyal crowd, and they do not tend to switch.

It comes as a single bottle, the size that fits a cup holder, a gym bag and a coat pocket, roughly in that order of likelihood. We keep it chilled, and at home the fridge does the job nicely. Most people grab one per session, and a few more for the week.

It rarely travels alone. People buying a bottle often add something British for the walk home, a bag of crisps or a chocolate bar from back home, because a workout earns a reward and everybody knows it.
