Fox's Mini Party Rings - 6pk

The party ring is the biscuit of the British children's party. It sat on the table next to the crisps and the sandwiches cut into triangles, and it was always the first plate to empty. The colours did most of the work.

In Canada, people go looking for them for two reasons. Some want their own kids to have the same party plate they had. Others just saw a picture, remembered the exact sound of that icing cracking, and had to have a bag.

The mini version comes as six small bags, which makes them easy to share out and hard to argue over. They keep happily in the cupboard, slot into lunchboxes and party bags, and travel well in a handbag. Keep them somewhere cool and dry, and somewhere the rest of the house will not think to look.

Fox's is a Yorkshire biscuit maker, and the party ring is one of its best-loved lines. They sit nicely next to a cup of tea, and they tend to end up in the basket alongside other British biscuits people have been missing.
