Shortbread is Scotland's biscuit. It sits at the end of the tea tray, in every gift shop from Inverness to Edinburgh, and at the back of your gran's cupboard for emergencies. Dean's is a family baker from Huntly, and the name is said with a certain pride in the north-east.
